It is important for Black media to have an influence and participate
in the acquisition of news to distribute to the Black community.
Traditional media does not tell the whole story, it is incomplete and
bias. Black media are vital to tell the “truth” and the reality of
living Black, surviving Black and the pride of being Black.
I have my Educational Technology and Social Media class writing blogs
as part of the course to understand and learn the writing process and how
powerful content can be and the engagement.
